I was curious with one thing. i got to know that backlinks help you increase your site ratings but then there is another myth that too many backlinks in the start can get you blacklisted. is this true? what is the perfect frequency for a site that has just started. If I am Going to Get SENuke, Should I Still Get Scrapebox?

I am definitely getting SENuke because I have read so many good things about it and it seems very helpful for only $127 a month. But I need something for backlinking and Scrapebox seems to be the God of backlinking; or so I read around the forums. I know that SENuke make social bookmark backlinks, but I don't know if it does blog commenting and forum profiles; but I know that Scrapebox does. So should I get both programs or can SEN do backlinking and I have somehow just read over it so far?
