IE Flash of unstyled content in jquery

Hi I have a really annoying FOUC content problem in IE on this website http://www.open.ac.uk/careers/index.php. When you refresh the page in IE7 you will see what I mean - i have tried everthing including advice from http://www.learningjquery.com/2008/1...styled-content. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? Thanks Steven

google is not crawling my website..but indexed other pages

My site's URL (web address) is:http://www.atlanta-restaurants.org When we upgraded our site,we accidently placed nofollow meta taga and we found the issue and removed nofollow but even after 5 weeks google is not indexing the home page and hits dropped significantly ..any help is welcome website is www.atlanta-restaurants.org

How Do I Get My Website Indexed In Google Images?

Please help! Our website is almost 7 years old and still has not been indexed in the Google Images search results. I launched a blog for my friend 3 months ago and its already indexed, but ours is not. Please help! The site I need help getting indexed is www.jvfconsulting.com. We have High Page rank, 1000's of backlinks, 100's of blog articles, and ZERO indexed Google images! We have done everything mentioned here in the forums, sitemap, robots.txt webmaster tools, etc. Nothing has worked! Duplicate content problem

I just noticed a duplicate content issue on my website. Some identical pages have more than 1 url. Example: http://apartmentsrus.ca/index.php?pa...detail&cid=116 is the same as: http://www.apartmentsrus.ca/property...r-1st.116.html I'm not sure where the first url came about... Is this a problem? How do I fix it? Also, I have my home page apartmentsrus.ca 301 redirected to www.apartmentsrus.ca, am I supposed to 301 redirect all pages on my website to www version? thanks! coldtek

I need to know how the content should be, whether how much words we have to be used for main page. What are the basic necessary SEO strategy to be implemented for the home page to better rank the keywords for my website. Also i want to clear my doubts, that whether we have to include keywords in the content, and if using the keywords what density should i make use of it to rank my website.

Google Indexd Coming Soon Page

Hi, I don't know how google found my website on internet however I have never submitted it to google and have never posted any link anywhere on internet. Google indexed my coming soon page and my website is planned to launch after 1 month. I am afraid that this static with no content 'coming soon page' may discourage google to index my website in future.Is my fear true? Should I ban all bots through ROBOT.TXT? Kindly suggest me the best thing that I should do now.:(

Title Description Not Updating

In the title tag of my webpage I've got a new slogan and it just won't update in Internet Explorer or Firefox. I've changed the text and I can't seem to figure what the problem is. Does it have anything to do with Google caching my page and simply taking a long time to update or am I missing something? I made a new page and put a fresh title in the title tag and it works just fine. But when I update all my old pages, they still show the old, offensive slogan which I'd like to get rid of.
