Suggest a Java Book for a Beginnerview story

http://www.sitepoint.com – Hey I was wondering a good Java book for a beginner, but not a total newbie. I need a real book on paper to learn. You see I do a decent amount of PHP with OOP practice and I think Java looks like an attractive language. I'm a bit perplexed on where to start though, maybe it would be best for a beginner book that moves quickly. Because there are a lot of branches of Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets(?), and things I don't really know what they do or when to use them. No need to explain though! I'm fairly familiar with PHP, I'd consider myself high beginner or low intermediate level. I'm finding that so many places are using PHP that I'd like to learn a bit more to evaluate the language compared to what else is out there. I've got a book on Python that I'm reading through, and I'd like a similar book on PHP.
