Google XML Sitemap Generator

Hello. My website is performing pretty low in SERPS as compared to before. http://www.mixupdate.com is the address. I just wanted to know if the attached Screenshots settings for the Google XML sitemap are fine ? Maybe they are causing poor results.. SERP of my site

If some of you can see my site www.MIXUPDATE.com at Google and some posts through Search Engine, you may find that for a single post, Google is displaying same title for like 4 pages. If you see closely, the other pages are actually the same page but the page address further extends to /attachment/image-name . This creates a sort of mess-up in SERPS. I would like to know if I can get the attachments be no-index in Google ? I don't know where can I add the no-index tag for attachments. But I know a way of getting this ignored from Google's Webmaster Tools > Parameters But I don't know the actual structure of the parameter.

Most of the links are lead to home-page. Bulk Pages Attachment URL Change to none

Hey Guys. My site's pages are performing very poorly in search engine . http://www.mixupdate.com I think I know the reason now maybe. If you search a page in Google, it shows up 2 times Title with different links. It gives a link of the post and then gives the post/attachment/name link . I just saw closely that my Attachments are basically hyperlinks. That is when we attach images, we have to set URL : None to images to avoid that but since it was pre-selected, I never did it and all the posts have ended up like this. Is there a method by which I can finish all the URL's of the attachments automatically ?
