Wordpress Theme CSS Expanding Width Help

Ill be the first to admit Im not very adept at CSS. So, Ive changed everything I can think of in the Wordpress theme style.css file in order to change the standard Digg 3 column theme into one that is 1004 px wide and the sidebar and obar turn out correctly. I need the middle of the theme to be 620 px wide and the sidebar and obar to be at least 170 px wide or more. My test website is breakfasthouse.net and any help will be greatly appreciated.
