How does one move the balance of payment to next month for an Affiliate system?view story

Hello all, I am updating our Affiliate system to be in Php & MySQL. I have run into a problem that I am having hard time to solve and since this is a common aspect of any Affiliate system I thought best to ask you all to see if you based on your experience in same could suggest what is the best way to get this task done. To be exact if the payment for an Affiliate is less than a certain threshold amount then the payment for that month is to be moved into the next month. How does one design this in MySQL & PhP? I cannot visualize it :(

Casale Media payment

Has anyone received their payment from Casale Media for this month, or do you know on which day their payments are done? I reached the payment threshold by the end of March and I know they are net 30, so I'm assuming it should be sometime this month.

How to track affiliate ID's through Aweber opt in form?

Hi all, Does anybody here know how to track affiliate ID's through the Aweber opt-in form? Here's what I want to do: I have a one time offer on the thank you page when somebody joins my Aweber list. I want to set up an affiliate program for my subscribers to promote that one time offer, but I want their affiliate links to point to my squeeze page. The problem is, how do I get Aweber to track their affiliate ID's through the opt-in process, so that they are credited with the affiliate sales they generate through their leads? Any help / advice will be appreciated.
