Hi everyone, Bit of an odd one this. I'm in the process of setting up my own business part-time and have been doing some research on SEO as I am building my own website. My business name contains my own name but I don't want to rank for my name in case my current employers find it. What can I do to avoid ranking for the keyword? Many thanks John

This site as been on the first page of google since last May, ranking between 3 and 5 for its keyword.
Until i have notice that at time it rankings just disappeared from google for as long as a week. Then it would come back on google and rank again in the top 5 for its keyword for a day or two and then just disppear again from google page rankings.
Even when i search for its keyword in google i still can find it
