Average budget for hiring a flash game developer/programmer?

Hello guys! I have a dream of owning a flash game or more. What I have right now is an arcade game website that visitors can play flash games for free. Game developers are making money through Mochimedia ads everytime a visitor plays their game. If I am going to hire a game developer to create a flash game for me, how much would be the average budget? I understand it's big because it takes time to finish creating the game. I appreciate your responses. Looking for a game review script

Alright im on a pretty tight budget. but the script should be pretty simple. im looking for a script where i can go out and look for games and have a thumbnail/screenshot, a description of the game, all under an admin pannel and it would post to my main page also would do a scan to see if the games are dead or not and notify me.. listing all the games in diffrent categorys. users can rate the game between 1-10 and leave comments, they can submit new games if i havent added them to my database yet. i also want the main page to display the hottest games today so if there is alot of feedback or hits going to 1 certain game it would rank the games in a top 25 or something box on the main page. i have yet to find any free scripts or even paid scripts that can do this...
